Turning Strategy Into Action

I bridge strategy and execution to make things happen. With experience spanning providers, payors, federal health agencies, biopharma, nonprofits, startups, and industry leaders, I understand how healthcare is delivered, reimbursed, and optimized—ensuring strategies don’t sit on a shelf.

When I lead initiatives, stakeholders align, partnerships thrive, and visions are realized. My industry network accelerates collaboration and innovation, creating mutually beneficial opportunities that generate sustainable growth.

Converting Complexity into Growth

I transform bold ideas into reality by designing tailored, result-driven solutions that require fresh thinking, not cookie cutter templates.

At top consulting firms, I was entrusted with blank-slate projects, transforming complexity into clear, actionable roadmaps. With deep operational and regulatory knowledge, I help healthcare organizations navigate inefficiencies, align incentives, and design financially and operationally viable solutions from the ground up—delivering enduring success beyond surface-level fixes.

Creating Solutions that Stick

I embed strategies into organizations to ensure execution, adoption, and long-term impact. Leading teams in highly matrixed environments, I have honed my ability to align individual motivations with business goals and can unleash the potential of internal teams to deliver sustainable change.

Working seamlessly across every level, I embed tools, processes, and structure that turn vision into action and strategy into results.
