Her experience in healthcare regulation and policy, combined with an extensive industry network, positions her as a trusted advisor who delivers measurable results. With federal-level know-how gained through projects at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ), and the ASTP (formerly known as Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology or ONC), Moha delivers insights informed by both regulatory acumen and operational realities. She has held senior consulting roles at Deloitte LLC, PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), BearingPoint, Inc. and Covance Health Economics and Outcomes Services, Inc., leading strategic planning, health reform and IT initiatives, market research, and process improvement in the provider, payor and biopharma sectors. At Deloitte, she spearheaded the firm’s Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health (HITECH) and Meaningful Use provider solution, serving as a national resource to over 600 practitioners.

An alumna of Columbia University (B.A. in Economics) and the Yale School of Management (M.B.A. in Strategy), Moha’s academic foundation reinforces her strategic acumen.

Board Member, Community Impact at Columbia University

Beyond her professional achievements, Moha is deeply committed to social impact. As a Board Director for Community Impact, Columbia University’s largest public service organization, she has helped expand programs that serve over 45,000 youth and adults annually in Morningside Heights, Harlem, and Washington Heights. Community Impact has 25 programs that engage Columbia University students in community service to develop leadership, provide service learning and foster mutual respect with surrounding neighborhoods. The programming spans from adult and K-12 education, workforce development, public health, food security, affordable housing, and environmental justice. In leadership roles over the years, including Board Chair, Alumni Chair and Finance Chair, she has overseen the organization’s growth from ~$800,000 to over $2M, advancing its mission of social change through direct service learning.

Board Director, The Desai Foundation

Moha also serves as a Board Director and Health Programming Advisor for The Desai Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering women and children in rural India through community programs to elevate health, livelihood, and menstrual health. During her tenure, the foundation has grown from operating in one state to positively impacting over 10 million lives across eight states through education (K-12), vocational training (sewing, computer skills), health camps (eye, gynecology), and livelihood programs (sanitary napkin production and sales). Her healthcare advisory approach reflects her commitment to creating transformative opportunities for underserved communities worldwide.
